After a breakup many of my bravehearts have brains that consume them with the “what ifs”. “What if I would have acted/shown up differently?” “What if I would have loved him differently?” They could go on for hours asking these questions and forming alternative realities in their head.

The problem is, when you’re busy asking the wrong questions you never solve for the right questions that actually move you closer to getting over your ex.
